Who we are
At Oaklands Funeral Service, we believe that funerals should be personal, meaningful, and handled with genuine care. We are an independent funeral home in Chichester with a simple promise to look after every family as if they were our own.
Our team is experienced, approachable and always here when you need us. We understand that no two families are the same, which is why we take the time to listen, guide, and create services that reflect the life and values of your loved one.
Whether you are planning ahead or arranging a funeral at short notice, you will find a calm, supportive environment at Oaklands. We will not pressure you—just steady, respectful support every step of the way.
With years of combined experience in funeral care, we handle everything with sensitivity and professionalism, from the moment you call to the days and weeks that follow. We arrange and conduct funerals across a wide area, working with crematoria, churches, cemeteries, burial grounds, and celebrants to create services that reflect each family’s wishes — whether religious, non-religious, or completely personal.
We know how hard loss can be. That is why we are here to make things a little easier, and to give every person the farewell they deserve.
